SONAR may or may not contain the subscriber entity
Ideal for anonymous services - easy distribution and low risk
Card authentication can be used multiple ways:
To gate a service - i.e. pre-paid calling card
To transfer money - i.e. stored value top-up cards
The card service can be the full service, or be used as part of another service - i.e. corporate calling card as part of a pre/post-paid account
